摘要
以甲苯为溶剂、氢氧化钠为催化剂、氯化钙为除酸剂,米糠蜡经过皂化水解反应,静置分离出高级脂肪醇混合物,并通过不同溶剂的萃取,提取出高含量的二十八烷醇和三十烷醇混合物.分别以甲苯、丙酮、无水乙醇为溶剂,萃取高级脂肪醇,并通过气相色谱质谱联用仪对产品进行定量定性分析.结果表明,丙酮和甲苯综合提取所得产物中,二十八烷醇和三十烷醇的含量为46.20%、48.70%,总含量高达94.90%.
Toluene was used as the solvent,sodium hydroxide as the catalyst,calcium chloride as the acid removing agent,and rice bran wax was saponified hydrolysis reaction,standing to separate the mixture of high alcohol,through the extraction of different solvents,extract the mixture of high content of octadecanol and triethanol.Toluene,acetone and ethanol were used as solvent sieves to extract higher alcohols,and the products were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by GAS chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results show that the contents of octadecanol and tetanol are 46.20%and 48.70%,respectively,and the total content is up to 94.90%.
