摘要
目的观察医院临床输血标准化管理中应用PDCA循环管理的效果。方法选入吉林省一汽总医院9名工作人员作为研究对象,2021年1—6月使用常规管理方法作为常规组,2021年7—12月使用PDCA循环管理方法作为PDCA循环组。对比常规组和PDCA循环组的输血科输血质量指标合格率、血液的返库率、输血科输血不规范情况的发生率。结果PDCA循环组输血科输血质量指标合格率比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA循环组血液的总返库率比常规组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA循环组输血科输血不规范情况的发生率比常规组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院临床输血标准化管理中应用PDCA循环管理的效果好,能够提高输血合格率,减少血液返库率和输血不规范情况。
Objective To observe the effect of PDCA circulation management in the standardized management of clinical blood transfusion in hospitals.Methods Nine staff members of FAW General Hospital of Jilin Province were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2021,the conventional management method was used as the conventional group,and from July to December 2021,the PDCA cycle management method was used as the PDCA cycle group.The qualified rate of blood transfusion quality indicators,blood return rate,and the incidence of irregular blood transfusion in the blood transfusion department were compared between the conventional group and the PDCA circulation group.Results The qualified rate of blood transfusion quality indicators in the department of blood transfusion in the PDCA circulation group was higher than in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the return rate of blood in the PDCA circulation group was less than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of irregular blood transfusion in the blood transfusion department in the PDCA circulation group was less than in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation management in the standardized management of clinical blood transfusion in hospitals has a good effect,which can improve the qualified rate of blood transfusion,reduce the rate of blood return to the bank and the irregularity of blood transfusion.
