摘要
我国教育事业不断发展,随着对于职业教育的重视程度不断提高,对职业教育也提出了新的要求。我国职业教育院校要适应时代发展趋势,依据国家相关政策,做好办学模式和人才培养模式的改革创新工作。职业教育办学模式改革方面,要创新办学理念,明确办学定位;要促进多元主体合作办学,构建整体性治理体系;要形成全方位的办学保障机制,提高办学核心竞争力。在职业教育人才培养模式改革方面,要注重职业人才培养目标的更新,注重优化课程内容和教学方式,注重提升教师素养。从而提升职业院校自身的竞争力,确保办学质量,更好地为国家培养合格职业人才。
