摘要
作为民族地区乡村产业振兴的创新驱动因素,涉农科技人才队伍的建设对于实现民族地区乡村振兴具有举足轻重的作用。在剖析涉农科技人才与乡村产业振兴互动发展机制的基础上,文章通过对阿坝州涉农科技人才队伍建设和乡村主要产业发展现状的分析,以及现行涉农科技人才助推乡村产业发展模式及成效的研究,发现阿坝州涉农科技人才助推乡村产业振兴面临人才队伍结构不合理影响产业衔接能力、难外引轻内培影响产业发展动力、缺乏创新支撑影响产业创新活力、政策效率不高影响产业拓展能力等问题,认为只有抓住关键问题,立足创新驱动,构建阿坝州涉农科技人才助推乡村产业振兴长效机制,才有助于阿坝州稳步推进乡村振兴战略,补齐阿坝州乡村产业振兴涉农科技人才缺乏这一短板,打造民族地区乡村产业振兴样板。
As the innovation driving force of rural industry revitalization in ethnic areas,the construction of agriculture-related scientific and technological talents plays an important role in realizing rural revitalization in ethnic areas.On the basis of analyzing the interactive development mechanism of agriculture-related scientific and technological talents and rural industry revitalization,this paper analyzed the construction of agriculture-related scientific and technological talents and the current situation of the main rural industries development in Aba Prefecture,as well as studied the mode and effect of boosting rural industry development by agriculture-related scientific and technological talents,through the analysis of the revitalization of rural industry by agriculture-related and technological talents in Aba Prefecture,it was found that there are some problems,such as the irrational structure of the talent team affect the industry cohesion ability,the difficult of external training and the ignorance of internal training influence the driving force of the industry development,the lack of innovation supporting influence the vigor of the industry innovation and the low efficiency of policy influence the expansion of industry.By seizing the key problem and basing the driving force of innovation,the establishment of a long-term mechanism for promoting rural industry revitalization by agriculture-related scientific and technological talents in Aba Prefecture is conducive to steadily advancing the rural revitalization strategy in Aba Prefecture,making up for the shortage of agriculture-related scientific and technological talents in Aba Prefecture,and creating a model for rural industry revitalization in ethnic areas.
