摘要
长期以来城乡关系割裂,基于剪刀叉理论下的二元分治体制对乡村价值的定位,造成了如今我国乡村特别是民族地区人口、土地空心化,产业滞后化以及"城进乡衰"的困境。论述民族地区乡村振兴战略提出的背景及其概念、内涵和意义,以及面临的困境和挑战,提出实施民族地区乡村振兴战略的对策。
The rural areas in ethnic areas of China are confronted with problems of population,land hollowing,industry lagging.The problems of countryside decline are caused by separated relations between urban and rural areas and different governance system based on scissors theory.The paper expounds the rural revitalization in ethnic areas in terms of background,concept and connotation,significance.The author analyzes the problems of rural revitalization in ethnic areas and puts forward countermeasures.
