摘要
兰新客专35 kV及以下电力供电系统采用全电缆方式,自2014年开通运营至今,高压电缆故障率呈逐年上升趋势。段管内17座电力配电所10 kV站馈线供电系统均采用中性点不接地的小电流运行方式,当出现电缆单相接地故障时,保护方式选择发告警信号继续运行而不是立即跳闸切除故障回路,存在较大安全隐患。本文针对兰新客专几起典型故障案例,分析既有电力供电系统的弊端,制定对策,解决高压电缆故障频发的问题。
The electric power supply systems of 35 kV and below of Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway adopt a mode of entire cable line,since it has been putting into operation from 2014,the fault rate of high voltage cables has been increasing year by year.Since all 10 kV station feeder power supply systems of 17 electric power distribution substations adopt the low current operation mode with neutral point unearthed,while there is occurrence of single-phase fault of high voltage cable,the protection mode will send alarm signal for continuation of operation instead of tripping and elimination of the fault immediately,so there exists great potential safety risks.With regard to several cases of fault occurred in Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway,the paper analyzes the disadvantages of the existing electric power supply system,establishes the counter-measures so as to solve the faults occurred frequently on the high voltage cables.
