摘要 设定公路桥梁施工中混凝土性能评价指标,构建参数性能分析模型,完成公路桥梁施工中机制砂石粉含量对混凝土性能的影响分析。实验结果表明:在选择的公路桥梁施工路段混凝土配置中,根据地基土质因素进行机制砂石粉含量设定,在15%掺加量配比中,混凝土的抗压强度能够达到120 MPa,具备良好的抗冻性能;超过15%掺加量后,混凝土抗压强度和抗冻性能会逐渐下降,但也符合生产质量标准,需要在实际应用过程中结合施工环境,选择不同机制砂石粉掺加量,使混凝土的性能具备施工质量标准。 Set the performance evaluation index of concrete in highway bridge construction,build the parameter performance analysis model,and complete the impact analysis of machine-made sand and stone powder content on concrete performance in highway bridge construction.The experimental results show that in the selected concrete configuration of highway bridge construction section,the content of machine-made sand and stone powder is set according to the soil factors of the foundation.In the proportion of 15%,the compressive strength of the concrete can reach 120 MPa and has good frost resistance;When the addition amount exceeds 15%,the compressive strength and frost resistance of concrete will gradually decline,but it also meets the production quality standards.It is necessary to select the addition amount of sand and gravel powder of different mechanisms in combination with the construction environment in the process of practical application,so as to make the performance of concrete meet the construction quality standards.
