摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,环境保护的问题已经受到高度的重视。针对有色冶炼废气污染的现状,介绍一种用于有色冶炼烟气脱硫的新技术—离子液循环吸收法。以离子液循环吸收法以及其优势作为出发点,简述其高效脱硫、高适应性、低消耗等特点,重点论述技术原理以及脱除、回收硫酸装置尾气中二氧化硫的流程及适用性等,旨在为有色冶炼厂尾气脱硫提供参考和帮助。
With the continuous development of social economy in China,the issue of environmental protection has been highly valued.Aiming at the current situation of non-ferrous smelting waste gas pollution,a new technology for non-ferrous smelting flue gas desulfur‐ization-ionic liquid circulation absorption method is introduced.This paper takes the ionic liquid circulating absorption method and its advantages as the starting point,briefly describes its characteristics of high efficiency desulfurization,high adaptability,low consump‐tion,etc.,the technical principle and the process of removing and recovering sulfur dioxide in the tail gas of sulfuric acid plant,and its ap‐plicability,etc.are discussed to provide reference and help for the desulfurization of tail gas of non-ferrous smelters.
