摘要
介绍了纤维除雾器的工作原理和失效形式,分析了传统玻璃纤维除雾器发生气体短路的原因,并提出采用碳纤维除雾器替代玻璃纤维除雾器的应对措施。生产实践证明,用化学性质更稳定的碳纤维替代传统的玻璃纤维,提高了纤维除雾器的适用性,碳纤维除雾器具有优异的耐氢氟酸腐蚀性能,适用于烟气制酸、磷石膏制酸等氟含量偏高的硫酸装置,可作为传统玻璃纤维除雾器的升级换代产品推广应用。
The working principle and failure forms of fiber demister are introduced,the causes of gas short circuit of traditional glass fiber demister are analyzed,and the countermeasures of using carbon fiber demister to replace glass fiber demister is put forward.Production practice has proved that the applicability of the fiber demister is improved by replacing the traditional glass fiber with carbon fiber with more stable chemical properties.The carbon fiber demister has excellent hydrofluoric acid corrosion resistance and is suitable for sulphuric acid devices with high fluorine content,such as sulphuric acid production from smelting flue gas and phosphogypsum.It can be promoted and applied as an upgraded product of the traditional glass fiber demister.
