摘要
决策咨询服务是公共图书馆在转型和发展中形成的新服务。随着互联网和大数据时代的到来,用户对公共图书馆决策咨询服务也提出了新要求,如何更好地开展决策咨询精准化服务是公共图书馆值得思考的问题。在归纳分析公共图书馆开展决策咨询服务现状及服务内容的基础上,分析河北省图书馆的决策咨询服务现状及存在的不足之处,并探讨提升河北省图书馆决策咨询服务的路径。
Decision-consultation service is a new service formed in the transformation and development of public libraries, but with the advent of the Internet and big data era, users have put forward new requirements for decision-consultation service of public libraries, so how to better carry out accurate decision-consultation service is worth thinking about by public libraries.This paper takes Hebei Library as an example, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current situation and service content of public library’s decision-making consultation service, analyzes the current situation and existing shortcomings of Hebei library’s decision-making consultation service, and discusses the path to improve the accurate decision-making consultation service of Hebei library.
