摘要
决策咨询服务是研究图书馆在转型和创新发展中形成的新服务,它不仅是上级主管部门对图书馆深化发展的期待,而且是图书馆开发服务能力、体现自身价值的一种追求。开展决策咨询服务,有利于母体机构的事业发展,有利于图书馆服务能力的提升,有利于作为知识库高端功能的培育与固化。实践表明,图书馆员不仅能胜任这一服务,而且在数据收集及研究的客观公正性方面比专业咨询公司更具优势。文章从图书馆与决策咨询服务之间的关系出发,探讨研究图书馆开展决策咨询服务的可行性和必要性,并结合一些案例,对图书馆如何更好地开展决策咨询服务提出对策和建议。
Research and consulting services appear to be new which have been developed in the transformation and innovation of library. It is not only the expectation of libraries＇ superior authorities, but also a pursuit of service capability improvement and self-value realization for libraries. It is beneficial to the development of libraries＇ parent body, progress of libraries＇ service capability, and cultivation and solidification of high-end function for repositories. It has been practically confirmed that librarians not only are qualified for this service, but also have advantages in data collection and researching objectivity and fairness over consulting companies. This paper investigates the relationship between library work and research and consulting service, explores its feasibility and necessity, and provides some countermeasures and suggestions according to some cases.
