The Construction and Application of the service Mode of University Library Scientific Research Think Tanks under the Life Cycle Paradigm

摘要 [目的/意义]大学图书馆参与智库建设、服务科学研究是新时代对大学图书馆提出的新要求,也是大学图书馆创新服务、寻找新的生长点的主要指向,本文立足大学图书馆探讨科研智库服务。[方法/过程]通过界定大学图书馆科研智库服务的定义,利用SWOT方法分析大学图书馆科研智库服务的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,对大学图书馆科研智库服务内容进行定位,基于科研数据的生命周期理论构建服务模式并提出应用对策。[结果/结论]大学图书馆智库服务具有优势和机遇,大学图书馆应立足科研战略及政策研究服务、定位于助力科研人员的成长服务、开展科普促全面科研素养提升服务,从委托与推送两种模式,积极建设并推广科研智库服务。 [Purpose/significance]The participation in the construction of the think tanks and the research of service science is a new requirement for the university library in the new era.It is also the main direction for the university library to innovate service and find new growth point.This article discuss the service of scientific research think tank bases on the university library.[Method/process] Firstly,this paper defined the service of university libraries'scientific research think tank.Then,it analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the university libraries' scientific research think tank service by the method of SWOT,and positioned the service content and service model of university libraries'scientific research think tank.Finally,based on the life cycle theory of scientific research data,it constructed the service model and proposed the application countermeasures.[Result/conclusion] The university library think tank service has advantages and opportunities.It should base on the research service of scientific research strategy and policy,position on the development service of the scientific research personnel.And,it should actively build and promote the service of scientific research think tank from the entrustment and push modes.
