摘要
目的调查中青年脑卒中患者的社会参与水平现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取洛阳市3所三级甲等医院的中青年脑卒中患者,采用一般资料调查表、中文版美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表、中文版自主参与问卷等进行调查。结果中青年脑卒中患者自主参与问卷总分为(31.70±15.74)分。回归分析结果显示:残疾程度、文化程度、是否有脑卒中既往史、神经功能恢复情况和生活自理能力是中青年脑卒中患者社会参与水平的影响因素。结论中青年脑卒中患者的社会参与水平有待改善,其影响因素各异,应采取针对性干预策略以改善其社会参与水平。
Objective To study the present status and influencing factors of social participation level for young and middle-aged stroke patients.Method Choose young and middle-aged stroke patients from three Third-class hospitals in Luoyang by convenient sampling,investigate them by general information questionnaire,Chinese version of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Chinese version of Impact on Participation and Autonomy Questionnaire(IPA).Result The total score on IPA is(31.70±15.74)for young and middle-aged stroke patients.The result of regression analysis shows that degree of disability,education level,history of stroke,recovery of neurological function and activity of daily living are influencing factors of social participation level for young and middle-aged stroke patients.Conclusion Social participation level for young and middle-aged stroke patients should be improved,which is influenced by various factors.Corresponding intervention strategies should be implemented to improve their social participation level.
