摘要
采用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)建立了测定食品接触用塑料材料及制品中溶剂红149的方法。采用Poroshell EC-C_(18)色谱柱,以0.01%甲酸水溶液-0.01%甲酸甲醇溶液为流动相,外标法定量。结果表明,溶剂红149在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.995。在3个浓度加标水平下,加标回收率为88.5%~115.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~9.8%。溶剂红149在食品模拟物中的检出限(LOD,S/N≥3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N≥10)分别为0.1μg/L(μg/kg)和0.2μg/L(μg/kg)。
A method for the determination of Solvent Red 149 in plastic materials and products for food contact was established by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).A poroshell EC-C_(18)chromatographic column was used for separation.0.01%formic acid aqueous solution-0.01%formic acid methanol solution was used as mobile phase,and the separation was carried out by gradient elution.The external standard method was used for quantification.The results showed that the linear relationship of Solvent Red 149 was good,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995.Under three concentration spiked levels,the recovery of the method was 88.5%~115.9%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.0%~9.8%.The detection limit(LOD,S/N≥3)and quantitative limit(LOQ,S/N≥10)of Solvent Red 149 in food simulants were 0.1μg/L(μg/kg)and 0.2μg/L(μg/kg),respectively.
