摘要 为了给大坝施工建设、上游流域防洪调度、电力生产、长江航运等业务提供优质的气象服务,针对三峡梯调气象业务系统体系架构、基础环境、系统功能进行升级改造:(1)新业务系统构建了以云平台为支撑,多信息渠道为保障,本地数据库共享同步的专用气象信息网络;(2)气象信息综合分析处理系统升级为第四代,逐渐向智能化、云化发展;(3)使用气象先进方法技术,提供从实况、短时、短期到中期无缝隙的长江流域降水监测和网格预报产品,以及长江流域月、季、年、关键期尺度气候预测产品;(4)针对生产业务提供专业、丰富、个性定制的专业气象服务产品。三峡梯调气象业务系统升级后,气象预报预测服务的时效性、精细化、准确度得到了全面提升。 In order to provide high-quality meteorological services for dam construction, flood control and dispatch in upstream basins, power production, and shipping on the Yangtze River, Three Gorges Cascade Dispatch & Communication Center(TGDCC)has upgraded and transformed the system architecture, basic environment and system functions of the meteorological business system.The new business system has built a dedicated meteorological information network supported by the cloud platform, guaranteed by multiple information channels, and shared sync local database.The meteorological information comprehensive analysis and processing system has been upgraded to the fourth generation, which is gradually developing towards intelligent and cloudification.Besides, using advanced meteorological methods and technologies, the new system has provides seamless precipitation monitoring and grid forecasting products in the Yangtze River Basin from live, short-term, short-term to mid-term, there are also climate prediction products on the monthly, seasonal, annual and key periods scales of the Yangtze River Basin.It also provide professional, rich and personalized professional meteorological service products for different productions.After the upgrade of the Meteorological Business System, the timeliness, refinement and accuracy of the meteorological forecasting and forecasting services have been comprehensively improved.
