摘要 电机需要稳定可靠的电机性能,离不开振动性能指标的评价;本文针对现有需求,以家用空调电机的实际应用为例,通过对电机的振动测试方案进行研究分析,同步考虑优化电机振动测试系统,引进三轴振动研究方式方法,通过测试电机轴向、径向及切向共三个方向的振动维度评价,全面监控电机振动性能。同时通过模态研究分析模块,应用于实际分析和解决电机、各种部件及整机的振动/噪音问题;提出了电机振动测试方案的新方法及标准量化界定。 Motor needs stable and reliable motor performance,can not do without the evaluation of vibration performance indicators.This article in view of the existing needs,in the practical application of household air conditioner motor,for example,through the research analysis of motor vibration test scheme,synchronous optimization motor vibration test system,introduced the three axis vibration research methods,through the test motor axial,radial and tangential direction of a total of three dimension of the vibration of the evaluation,comprehensive monitoring motor vibration performance.At the same time,through the modal research and analysis module,it is applied to analyze and solve the vibration/noise problems of the motor,various parts and the whole machine.A new method of motor vibration testing scheme and quantitative definition of standard are proposed.
