摘要
针对核电站冷风机循环水泵电机在预维解体后的空载试车中发生振动大的问题,结合实际的缺陷处理过程,分析了该电机振动大的主要影响因素,确定了引起电机振动大的根本原因并通过更换新备件解决了振动问题,为同类型机组电机的振动诊断和处理提供了借鉴和参考。
Against the problem of large vibration of the circulating water pump motor of the nuclear power plant cold fan occurred in the no-load trial operation during the preventive disintegration maintenance,main influential factors of the large vibration are analyzed combined with the actual treatment course to confirm the fundamental reason to cause the large vibration and solve the vibration problem by means of replacement of the new spare parts,providing the reference to diagnose and treat the vibration problem of the same type set of the motor.
