摘要
为满足铣削加工高度自动化的需求,提出和开发可实时监测振动信号的智能刀环监测系统。该系统通过无线数据传输方式以采集到的振动信号为依据,对振动信号进行时频域分析来提取有效的特征量,在相应测量硬件和基于LabVIEW开发的人机交互软件的基础上成功实现振动信号的实时监测,并通过实验验证了该系统的有效性和实用性。
In order to meet the requirements of high automation in milling, an intelligent tool ring monitoring system monitoring vibration signals in real time is proposed and developed. According to the collected vibration signals through wireless data transmission, the system performs time-frequency domain analysis on the vibration signals to extract effective feature quantities, and successfully realizes the real-time monitoring of the vibration signals based on the corresponding measurement hardware and the human-computer interaction software developed based on LabVIEW. The effectiveness and practicability of the system are verified by experiments.
