摘要
电子商务平台为平台内经营者和消费者之间的网络交易提供服务,法律赋予了其一定的义务以维护良好的电商平台秩序和经营环境,平台经营者若未尽合理注意义务或未能在符合条件的情况下采取及时有效的措施降低损害,将要承担相应的侵权责任。为构建健康的网络平台和良好的营商环境,电子商务平台经营者、平台内经营者和消费者应当共同履行自身义务,以促进电子商务经济的稳定发展。
E-commerce platforms provide services for online transactions between platform operators and consumers,and the law imposes certain obligations to maintain sound e-commerce platform order and business environment.Platform operators who fail to give reasonable care or fail to take timely and eff ective measures to reduce damage under qualifi ed circumstances will be liable for corresponding infringement liability.To build healthy network platforms and a good business environment,e-commerce platform operators,operators within the platforms and consumers should jointly fulfi ll their obligations to promote the stable development of the e-commerce economy.
