摘要
针状焦的生产工艺主要包括3个部分:预处理单元、延迟焦化单元和煅烧单元。通过对软沥青预处理、精制沥青延迟焦化、生焦煅烧3个单元的生产分析,选择高质量的原材料,优化操作条件,采用适宜的设备,可以改进针状焦的质量。加氢处理软沥青、研发新的萃取剂、采用罐式炉煅烧,也是提高针状焦质量的潜在方向。
The process of producing needle coke mainly consists of pretreatment unit,retarded coking unit and calcination unit. Through analysis of soft pitch pretreatment,retarded coking of refined pitch and calcination,the needle coke quality can be improved by selecting high quality raw materials,optimizing operation conditions and using suitable equipment. Hydrogenation of soft pitch,developing new extractant and calcination in pot furnace are also trend for improving needle coke quality.
