摘要
目的评估低温灭菌在宫腔镜器械消毒灭菌中的应用效果。方法将2020年1月至2021年1月中国人民解放军陆军第八十集团军医院正在投入使用的200件合格手术室宫腔镜器械纳入本研究,以其是否接受优化清洗消毒流程为依据进行分组,记作常规组(n=100)与优化组(n=100)。常规组应用C5H8O2浸泡法,优化组应用低温灭菌器械。观察两组器械灭菌结局、器械灭菌时间。结果优化组的清洁率为100.00%,与常规组的97.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);优化组灭菌有效率为100.00%,高于常规组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化组器械灭菌时间为(2.45±0.89)h,短于常规组的(7.96±2.67)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温灭菌较常规清洁在宫腔镜器械消毒清洗中更具指导性意义,因此可以广泛应用,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of low temperature sterilization in disinfection and sterilization of hysteroscopic instruments.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,200 qualified operating room hysteroscopic instruments that were put into use in the 80th Army Hospital of PLA were included in the study,and they were divided into conventional group(n=100)and optimized group(n=100)according to whether they accepted the optimized cleaning and disinfection process.C5H8O2 immersion method was used in the conventional group,and low temperature sterilization was used in the optimized group.The sterilization outcome and the sterilization time of the two groups were observed.Results The cleaning rate of the optimized group was 100.00%,which was not significantly different from that of the conventional group(97.00%)(P>0.05).The effective rate of sterilization in the optimized group was 100.00%,higher than that in the conventional group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The instrument sterilization time was(2.45±0.89)h in the optimized group,shorter than that in the conventional group of(7.96±2.67)h,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature sterilization has guiding significance in the disinfection and cleaning of hysteroscopic instruments,so it can be widely used and worthy of popularization.
