摘要
目的:探究与分析区域医疗联合体背景下外来医疗器械协同管理及应用。方法:选取某企业在2020年3月~2022年3月为医院所提供的外来医疗器械(非医院自备器械)1024件作为研究对象,按照是否实施了区域医疗联合体背景下的协同管理方法分为常规管理组(2020年3月~2021年3月)及协同管理组(2021年3月~2022年3月),常规管理组423件,给予常规管理,协同管理组601件,给予区域医疗联合体背景下的协同管理。对比不同管理方法下医院的外来医疗器械清洗、灭菌不合格的情况,统计外来医疗器械在院内使用期间的不良事件发生率,考核外来器械方面企业负责工作人员的满意度。结果:协同管理组与常规管理组相比,医院内部的外来器械灭菌及清洗不合格率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。协同管理组与常规管理组相比,外来医疗器械在院内使用期间的不良事件中包装不合格、湿包、监测及追溯记录缺失、数量损失等合计发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。协同管理组与常规管理组相比,外来医疗方面企业负责工作人员满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:区域医疗联合体背景下外来医疗器械协同管理及应用可明显的降低外来医疗器械清洗与灭菌的不合格率,明显提高了企业针对医院内规范化管理质量,外来医疗器械使用期间的不良事件发生率也较低,同时也在根本上提高了工作人员的满意度。
Objective:To explore and analyze the collaborative management and application of foreign medical devices under the background of regional medical consortium.Methods:Select 1024 foreign medical devices(non-hospital self-provided devices)provided by an enterprise for hospitals from March 2020 to March 2022 as the research objects,according to whether the collaborative management method under the background of regional medical consortium has been implemented.It is divided into regular management group(March 2020~March 2021)and collaborative management group(March 2021~March 2022).There are 423 cases in the routine management group,which are given routine management,and 601 cases in the collaborative management group,which are given the collaborative management in the context of regional medical consortia.Compare the unqualified cleaning and sterilization of foreign medical devices in hospitals under different management methods,count the incidence of adverse events during the use of foreign medical devices in the hospital,and assess the satisfaction of the staff responsible for foreign devices.Results:Compared with the routine management group,the unqualified rate of sterilization and cleaning of external equipment in the enterprise was lower in the collaborative management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the routine management group,the total incidence of unqualified packaging,wet packaging,missing monitoring and traceability records,and quantity loss of foreign medical devices during use of foreign medical devices was lower than that in the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the routine management group,the satisfaction of the staff in charge of foreign medical devices was higher in the collaborative management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The collaborative management and application of foreign medical devices under the background of regional medical consortium can
