摘要
系统工程是人类进行工程活动,特别是复杂性的重大工程活动时总结、归纳、提炼出来的学问。当我们对系统工程观进行研究时,我国古代先贤的这些观点是值得我们研究的,而系统工程正式作为一门学问在我国的工程实践中研究和应用,应当是钱学森启蒙和推动下,首先在中国的“两弹一星”工程研制中开展的。随着系统工程复杂程度的不断提高,如何应对现代复杂系统已成为一个必须严肃面对的问题,MBSE技术的出现,将使现代工程管理成为复杂工程系统的基本手段、载体和技术,也是系统工程从语言论述为主的方法论,提高到以数字模型表述为主的工程科学。我国应在工程哲学、工程方法论、工程知识论研究的基础上,将中国工程管理科学推进到基于中国重大工程实践的MBSE的研究高度。
System engineering is the knowledge summarized,concluded and refined by human beings when carrying out engineering activities,especially complex major engineering activities.When we study the concept of system engineering,these views of ancient Chinese scholars are worthy of our study,and the formal research and application of system engineering as a discipline in China’s engineering practice should be carried out in the development of China’s“two bombs and one satellite”project under the enlightenment and promotion of Qian Xuesen.With the continuous improvement of the complexity of system engineering,how to deal with modern complex systems has become a serious problem that must be faced.The emergence of MBSE technology will make modern engineering management become the basic means,carrier and technology of complex engineering systems,and it is also the engineering science that system engineering is improved from the methodology based on discourse to the engineering science based on digital model expression.Based on the research of engineering philosophy,engineering methodology and engineering knowledge theory,China should promote China’s engineering management science to the research height of MBSE based on China’s major engineering practice.
