摘要
“互联网+教学”模式推动着高等教育教学的变革,促进了信息技术和教学的深度融合,这种能统筹线上、线下教与学的方式非常契合开放大学的教学理念、教学目标和教学要求。以管理会计教学为例,根据企业发展对管理会计岗位的要求,在开放远程教育中应用混合式教学。通过组建混合式教学团队,制订混合式教学方案,创建混合式教学资源,开展线上、线下的混合教学实践等,可以实现开放大学人才培养模式的目标和满足企业对管理会计人才的需求。
With the continuous development of network information technology, the mode of “Internet + teaching”promotes the reform of higher education teaching by deep integrating of information technology and teaching. This way of overall planning online and offline teaching and learning is very consistent with the teaching concept, teaching objectives and teaching requirements of Open University. Taking management accounting teaching as an example, according to the requirements of enterprise development for management accounting positions, blended teaching is applied in open and distance education. Through the establishment of blended teaching team, the formulation of blended teaching program, the creation of blended teaching resources, the implementation of online and offline mixed teaching practice, so as to achieve the goal of the Open University talent training model and meet the needs of enterprises for management accounting talents.
