摘要
国内外围绕城轨列车的失效模式、影响和危害度分析(FMECA)研究,主要集中在系统及其子系统的功能分析,针对城轨列车电气控制电路的FMECA研究相对较少。介绍城轨列车电气控制电路的FMECA流程,以紧急逃生门电气控制电路为例,开展FMECA,识别单点故障、安全关键项、可靠性关键项,优化紧急逃生门电气控制电路的设计,提高电路功能安全性。
The research on failure mode, effects and criticality analysis(FMECA) of urban rail trains at home and abroad mainly focuses on the functional analysis of system and subsystems, and there is relatively little FMECA research on the electrical control circuit of urban rail trains. The paper introduces the FMECA process of the electrical control circuit of urban rail trains. Taking the electrical control circuit of emergency exit doors as an example, FMECA is carried out to identify single point faults, safety critical items and reliability critical items, optimize the design of the electrical control circuit of emergency exit doors, and improve the functional safety of the circuit.
