摘要
用电信息采集系统2.0即构建第二代用电信息采集系统技术架构,建立具备准实时性、可靠性、安全性、扩展性的采集数据高级应用平台,进一步完善提升采集系统的功能和性能。从以往的单独的设备即电能表和集中器采购到现状的设备采购包含用电信息采集系统,可预见用电信息采集系统对于新一轮的智能电网的建设起着举足轻重的作用。涉及到系统运行稳定来考虑,故针对此情况下,如何论证和保证系统的稳定性和可靠性,也成为当下和未来智能电网配电环节中的关键的问题。
