摘要
食品安全问题一直受到人们的广泛关注,但食品安全事故仍然存在,不仅威胁人们的身体健康,更不利于食品行业的健康发展。而食品检验是确保食品安全的一个重要环节。基于此,本文从食品检验概述、影响食品检验准确性的因素及相应措施几个方面进行分析,以期为提升食品检验准确性提供参考。
Food safety has been widely concerned by people, but food safety accidents still exist, not only threatening people’s health, but also detrimental to the healthy development of the food industry. Food inspection is an important link to ensure food safety. Based on this, this paper analyzes the food inspection overview, the factors affecting the accuracy of food inspection and the corresponding measures to provide reference for improving the accuracy of food inspection.
