轧制工艺对高强度桥梁钢厚板低温韧性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、EBSD能谱分析仪和拉伸、冲击试验机,研究不同轧制工艺对不同宽度56 mm厚Q500qE桥梁钢板低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:钢板宽度大,轧制道次多,道次压缩比小时,晶粒有效尺寸较大,大角度晶界比例较低,导致低温冲击韧性明显低于宽度较小的钢板;同时钢板横纵向强度差较少,各向异性相对较小。轧钢温度和冷却速率相同时,减少道次,增大道次压缩比促进析出相均匀、细小、弥散,有利于提高钢的低温冲击韧性。 The effect of different rolling processes on the low temperature impact toughness of 56 mm thick Q500qE bridge steel with different widths was studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope(TEM), EBSD energy spectrum analyzer and tensile and impact tester. The results show that when the width of steel plate is big, the number of rolling passes and the compression ratio of passes is small, the effective grain size is bigger and the proportion of high angle grain boundary is small, which results in the impact toughness at low temperature lower than that of steel plate with smaller width;the transverse and longitudinal strength difference of the steel plate is less, and the anisotropy is relatively small. When the rolling temperature and cooling rate are the same, reducing the passes and increasing the pass compression ratio promote the precipitates to be uniform, fine and dispersed, which is conducive to improving the low-temperature impact toughness of the steel.
