摘要
对生产的不同批次的2A12铝合金铸锭进行显微组织、扫描电镜及能谱分析,使用测渣仪评估精炼前、后保温炉内熔体和在线流槽内熔体的渣含量和种类。结果表明:2A12铝合金圆铸锭的主要缺陷是氧化物夹渣。将过滤流槽中液位控制在高位;定期清理保温炉流眼,保证流眼的有效尺寸;建立良好的转注条件,封闭流槽和流盘的所有敞露落差;加强对过滤流槽内衬的维护,防止过滤内衬在高温熔体的冲刷下脱落卷入铝熔体。采取以上措施可有效减少铸锭的氧化夹渣缺陷。
The microstructure analysis, SEM and EDS were carried out on 2 A12 aluminum alloy billets of different batches. The slag content and types of melt in the holding furnace and in the online launder before and after refining were evaluated by using a slag tester. The results show that the defects of 2 A12 aluminum alloy billets are mainly oxide slags. The following measures can effectively reduce the oxide slag inclusion defects: controlling the liquid level in the filter launder at high level;cleaning the holding furnace flow hole regularly to ensure the effective size;keeping sound pouring condition to close all the open and leakage gap between the launder and the flow plate, and strengthening the maintenance of the filter launder lining to prevent the filter lining from falling into the aluminum melt under the scouring of the high temperature melt.
