摘要
对2A12合金板材样品在加工过程中出现的掉屑缺陷进行了宏观、断口、显微组织、扫描电镜及能谱等综合分析,结果表明,掉屑现象是铸锭中的冷隔缺陷遗传致板材形成的。
Comprehensive analysis was conducted for scraps of processed specimensof 2A12 alloy sheet, which were macroscopic analysis, fracture, microstructure, scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and energy spectrum etc. The results show that the scraps are because that cold-lap defect is genetic to sheet in the ingot casting.
