超高强韧冷切锯片材料的进展与应用

摘要 结合超高强韧冷切锯片的使用特点,介绍了其主要结构材料的发展与应用,包括基体钢、刃齿、中间焊料以及表面保护涂层材料等,指出高性能材料的应用是获得超高强韧冷切锯片优异性能的关键。 Combined with the characteristics of cold cutting saw blade with ultra-high strength and toughness, the development and application of the main materials of cold cutting saw blade were introduced, including matrix steel, blade teeth, intermediate solder and surface coating material. It is pointed out that the application of high-performance materials is the key to obtain excellent performance of cold cutting saw blade with ultra-high strength and toughness.
