摘要
采用WCF-2多用磁性分析仪对高温高压烧结的人造金刚石聚晶及其合成原料(金刚石粉、硅粉、钛粉、石墨)和烧结过程中生成的碳化硅等进行了磁性测量。结果表明:人造金刚石聚晶磁性的主要来源是粘结剂Si,在烧结过程中Si和C反应所生成的SiC减少了游离Si的含量,从而降低金刚石聚晶的磁性。粘结剂含量和烧结工艺的不同会影响聚晶的磨耗比,通过磁性测量可以对金刚石聚晶的质量进行无损伤检测。
The magnetism of the synthetic polycrystalline diamond and its raw materials including diamond powder, silicon powder, titanium powder, graphite and resultant carbonmdum was measucred by WCF - 2. The results indicated that the source of the magnetism of the synthetic polycrystalline diamond was silicon, but the carborundum resulted from the reaction of Si and C could reduce the dissociated silicon content and the magnetism of the synthetic polycrystalline diamond in the synthetic process. However, the differences in the bond content and sintering technique have certain influence on the abrasive ratio. A non-destructive inspection of the quality of the synthetic polycrystalline diamond can be made by the magnetism measurement.
