摘要
目的 分析葛根素注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的效果及对神经功能恢复的影响。方法 将我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的90例急性脑梗塞患者以随机数字法分为常规组和观察组,每组45例。常规组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规组的基础上加用葛根素注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的炎症因子及血小板活化因子水平均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 葛根素注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的效果显著,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of puerarin injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on the recovery of neurological function.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into conventional group and observation group by random number method,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with puerarin injection on the basis of the conventional group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and platelet activating factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Puerarin injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
