日粮添加不同水平发酵中草药对蛋鸡后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响 被引量:3

Effect of different levels of fermented Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance and egg quality of laying hens during late laying period

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮添加不同水平发酵中草药对蛋鸡后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选用576只健康500日龄罗曼粉蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复24只蛋鸡,分别为试验Ⅰ组(基础日粮)、试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+0.5%发酵中草药)、试验Ⅲ组(基础日粮+1.0%发酵中草药)、试验Ⅳ组(基础日粮+1.5%发酵中草药)。试验期28 d。结果显示:与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组蛋鸡第14~28 d沙壳蛋率显著降低(P<0.05),全期沙壳蛋率有降低的趋势(P>0.05)。日粮添加发酵中草药对试验第14 d鸡蛋的蛋重、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈夫单位、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组相比,试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组第28 d鸡蛋的蛋白高度显著提高(P<0.05)。与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组第28 d鸡蛋的哈夫单位显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加1.0%和1.5%发酵中草药能够改善罗曼粉蛋鸡后期沙壳蛋率,提高鸡蛋哈夫单位和蛋白高度。 The experiment was to study the effect of dietary supplementation of different levels of fermented Chinese herbal medicines on late production performance and egg quality of laying hens. A total of 576 healthy 500-day-old Roman pink laying hens were selected and randomly divided into four groups, with six replicates in each group and24 laying hens in each replicate, which was group Ⅰ(basic diet), group Ⅱ(basic diet + 0.5% fermented Chinese herbal medicine), group Ⅲ(basic diet + 1.0% fermented Chinese herbal medicine), group Ⅳ(basic diet + 1.5% fermented Chinese herbal medicine). The experimental period was 28 d. The results showed that compared with group Ⅰ, the sandshell egg rate of laying hens in group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was significantly decreased on 14~28 d(P<0.05), and the sand-shell egg rate in whole period was decreased(P>0.05). The addition of fermented Chinese herbal medicine in diet had no significant effect on egg weight, protein height, yolk color, Hastelloy unit, eggshell strength, eggshell thickness and egg shape index on 14 d(P>0.05). Compared with group Ⅰand group Ⅱ, the protein height of group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was significantly increased on 28 d(P<0.05). Compared with group Ⅰ, the Hastelloy unit of group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was significantly increased on 28 d(P<0.05). The study indicates that adding 1.0% and 1.5% fermented Chinese herbal medicines can improve the sand-shell egg rate of Roman pink laying hens during late laying period, and increase the egg Hastelloy unit and protein height.
