摘要
试验旨在考察龙胆草醇提取物对肉种鸡后期生产性能、蛋品质、免疫功能和繁殖性能的影响。试验随机选取360只50周龄健康肉种鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,低、中、高剂量组分别在基础日粮中添加100、300、500 mg/kg龙胆草醇提取物,预试期7 d,正试期35 d。结果发现:(1)与对照组相比,龙胆草醇提取物低、中、高剂量组的产蛋率均显著提高(P<0.05),中、高剂量组的料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),且以高剂量组对生产性能的影响最明显;(2)与对照组相比,饲料添加不同水平龙胆草醇提取物均对肉种鸡后期蛋品质的蛋黄颜色有不同程度的显著提升(P<0.05),同样以高剂量组最明显,蛋壳强度也随添加量的增加有提高趋势;(3)与对照组相比,饲料添加低剂量龙胆草醇提取物显著提高了免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量(P<0.05),中、高剂量组IgA、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)均显著提升(P<0.05);(4)与对照组相比,低剂量组受精率、孵化率、健雏率有提升趋势,胚胎死亡率显著下降(P<0.05),中、高剂量组均有显著差异(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料添加适宜水平的龙胆草醇提取物能够改善肉种鸡后期生产性能和养分利用率,提高蛋黄色泽,增强蛋品质,并且增强免疫功能和繁殖性能,以高剂量组效果最佳,值得进一步开发利用。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Gentian alcohol extract on production performance,egg quality,immune function and reproductive performance of broiler breeder chickens.A total of 360 healthy broiler breeders aged50 weeks were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and 15 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental groups(namely the low,medium and high dose group) were with fed the basal diet supplemented with 100,300 mg/kg and500 mg/kg Gentian alcohol extract,respectively.The pretrial period lasted for seven days,and the formal period lasted for 35 days.The results showed asthe followings:(1) Compared with the control group,the laying rate of the low,medium and high dosegroups of Gentian alcohol extract was significantly higher(P<0.05),the feed-to-egg ratio was significant-ly lower in the medium and high dose groups(P<0.05),and the effect of the Gentian alcohol extract onthe production performance in high dose group was the most obvious;(2) Compared with the controlgroup,feed supplementation of different levels of Gentian alcohol extract significantly improved the yolkcolor and the late broiler breeder egg quality(P<0.05),also it was the most evident in the high dosegroup,and the eggshell strength also tended to improve with the increase of Gentian alcohol extractamount;(3)Compared with the control group,feed supplementation of low-dose gentian alcohol extractsignificantly increased immunoglobulin Ig A content(P<0.05),and immunoglobulin Ig A,Ig G and Ig Mwere significantly elevated in the medium and high dose groups(P<0.05);(4) Compared with the controlgroup the fertilization rate,hatching rate and healthy chick rate were tended to increase in the low dosegroup,and embryo mortality rate decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there were significant differencesin both the middle and high-dose groups(P<0.05).It could be seen that:the feed supplementation ofsuitable level of Gentian alcohol extract could improve the late produc
