摘要
以农业和工业领域为例,研究了新兴基础设置建设中的传统基础设施数字化。利用用文献调研法,从网络和文献数据库这两个来源搜集相关政策文件,分析了我国基础设施数字化发展现状和近年国家出台的相关政策内容,讨论了农业和工业领域国内外传统基础设施数字化的实践成果。通过政策分析和国内外比较分析,针对农业和工业这两个领域的传统基础设施数字化转型提出了政策建议。
Taking agriculture and industry as examples,the digitization of traditional infrastructure,one of the three main contents of the construction of new infrastructure,was studied.In the study,literature research method was used to collect relevant policy documents from the Internet and literature databases,and the development status of foreign traditional infrastructure was investigated,and the contents of relevant policies issued in China were analyzed.Finally,some suggestions were made for the current status and existing problems of the digital development of traditional infrastructure in the two fields.The recommendations for the agricultural sector includes promoting of the in-depth application of digital technology;promotion of the sharing and use of agricultural infrastructure data.The recommendations for the industrial field includs change the integration of the two into a diversified integration;construction of smart industrial parks to upgrade and transform traditional infrastructure.
