摘要
人力资源管理是现代企业发展的重点环节,随着当前信息化产业爆发式增长,注重企业内部员工的信息知识共享成果,也成为人力资源管理中的重点内容。在知识共享的前提下人力资源部门要关注员工的思想意识以及行为习惯等,注重大数据技术的应用,提升人力资源管理效率。
Human resource management is the key link for the development of modern enterprises,and currently,with the explosive growth of information industry,paying attention to the sharing of information knowledge in the staff in the enterprises has also become the key content in human resource management.Under the premise of knowledge sharing,the human resource department should pay attention to the ideology and behavior habits of employees,and pay attention to the application of big data technology to improve the efficiency of human resource management.
