摘要
目的:分析优质护理模式对心脏手术患者不良情绪以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的心脏手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组护理的基础上采用优质护理模式,比较2组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、睡眠质量评分、疼痛程度、并发症发生率和满意度。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分,睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组轻度疼痛率、重度疼痛率低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组住院时间、住院费用以及护理满意度均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对行心脏手术治疗的患者应用优质护理模式效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing model on bad mood and sleep quality of patients undergoing heart surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cardiac surgery treated in Qilu Hostpital for Shandong University from January2021 to January 2022 were divided into groups by random number table method.The control group(n=50)adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=50)adopted high-quality nursing mode on the basis of the control group.Results:The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The rates of mild pain and severe pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay,hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing model for patients undergoing cardiac surgery has a significant effect.
