摘要
目的探讨对心脏外科患者实施优质护理服务的方法以及效果。方法从本院心脏外科患者中(2018年6月至2019年6月入院治疗)随机抽取68例作为研究对象,随机分组,34例作为对照组,接受常规护理,34例作为研究组,接受优质护理,从患者的精力、疼痛、情绪反应、睡眠、躯体活动等方面进行评分,评价护理效果。结果经过统计之后,研究组患者的精力评分、疼痛评分、情绪反应评分、睡眠评分、躯体活动评分均比对照组更低,说明该组取得的护理效果更优,两组差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心脏外科患者实施优质护理,有利于改善患者的情绪状态以及疼痛程度,提升患者的精力状态,提高患者的睡眠质量,改善患者机体状况,促进患者身心健康。
Objective To explore the method and effect of high quality nursing service for cardiac surgery patients.Methods 68 patients(admitted to hospital from June 2018 to June 2019)were randomly selected as the study object,randomly divided into 34 cases as the control group,receiving routine care,34 cases as the study group,receiving quality care,the nursing effect was evaluated from the aspects of energy,pain,emotional response,sleep and physical activity.Results After statistics,the energy score,pain score,emotional response score,sleep score and physical activity score of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,indicating that the nursing effect of the group was better,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for patients with cardiac surgery is beneficial to improve their emotional state and pain degree,enhance their energy state,improve their sleep quality,improve their body condition,and promote their physical and mental health.
