基于用户体验地图的苗绣文化虚拟社区需求研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探索新型苗绣文化发展形态,促进地方苗绣民族企业协同发展,获取用户需求,提升用户体验,通过搭建设计平台实现苗绣文化虚拟社区的构建。文章基于用户体验相关理论和方法,结合苗绣自身发展特性和规律,植入苗绣文化虚拟社区的设计理念,从用户需求、用户体验、用户旅程三种传统用户研究方法出发,探究了用户旅程中的行为和接触点,勾勒用户角色模型,洞悉和提取创新点。文章通过用户调研构建用户体验地图,获取了用户需求,并基于Kano模型和Likert五点量表法进行用户需求满意度权重计算,然后在此基础上提出苗绣虚拟社区的服务策略。评估得出需求满意度指数较高,则将需求转化为决策,然后构建服务蓝图,结合服务蓝图可视化分析目标用户整体行为流程和具体体验,探索苗绣虚拟社区顺畅的用户旅程体验,以苗绣研究为开端,可为其他相关民族文化研究提供一些理论借鉴与学术参考。 With the rapid development of the Internet information age,the development of traditional Miao embroidery culture has been greatly impacted.The original industrial development model and inheritance method of Miao embroidery culture can no longer meet the needs of people’s lives,and cannot keep up with the country’s"cultural power"and the"Belt and Road Initiative".Many local ethnic enterprises in Guizhou are rooted at the grassroots level and have many Miao embroidery cultural resources.However,the management level of the company is low,the regional differences are large,the cultural output is difficult,the management of embroidery resources is chaotic and loose,and it is difficult to achieve coordinated development of protection and utilization.In order to change the status quo of Miao embroidery’s survival and the limitations of the development of local Miao embroidery enterprises,it is urgent to create a new method based on the combination of the Internet and create a new model for the development of Miao embroidery industry.The research scope of virtual cultural community in cultural communication is very wide.At present,there is still a lack of virtual communities for Miao embroidery resource management and cultural communication.Especially,there are relatively few research results on Miao embroidery design platforms and cultural virtual communities.Temporarily in a blank state,the development of this research has certain importance and urgency for the construction of the virtual community of Miao embroidery culture.Based on the relevant theories and methods of user experience,combined with the characteristics and laws of Miao embroidery’s own development,and guided by local national enterprises,the design concept of the virtual community of Miao embroidery culture is implanted.Starting from the three traditional user research methods of user needs,user experience and user journey,we explore the behaviors and touchpoints in the user journey,outline user role models,draw user experience maps,and gain i
