制备冷沉淀凝血因子两种方法的比较和分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同方法在冷沉淀制备中的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月—2020年10月于新余市中心血站献血的98例献血者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组各49例,每例献血者献血量为400 mL,8 h内制成新鲜冰冻血浆,之后进行冷沉淀制备。对照组采用离心法制备冷沉淀,观察组采用虹吸法制备冷沉淀,比较2组冷沉淀的凝血因子Ⅷ和纤维蛋白原含量,计算合格率。结果观察组冷沉淀凝血因子Ⅷ含量及合格率[(134.18±39.45)U/袋、97.96%(48/49)]均高于对照组[(117.7±132.19)U/袋、81.63%(40/49)],有统计学差异(P<0.05);2组冷沉淀Fg含量及合格率相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论虹吸法在冷沉淀制备中的应用效果优于离心法,凝血因子Ⅷ含量及合格率更高。 Objective To explore the application effect of different methods in cryoprecipitation preparation. Methods A total of 98 blood donors who donated blood in blood stations from June to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The amount of blood donated by each donor was 400ml,and fresh frozen plasma was prepared within 8 hours,and then cryoprecipitate was prepared.The cryoprecipitate was prepared by centrifugation in the control group,and the cryoprecipitate was prepared by the siphon method in the observation group.The contents of coagulation factor Ⅷ and fibrinogen in cryoprecipitated groups were compared,and the qualified rate was calculated.Results The content of cryoprecipitate coagulation factor Ⅷ and the qualified rate [(134.18±39.45)U/bag,97.96%(48/49)]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(117.71±32.19)U/bag,81.63%(40/49)49],there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the cryoprecipitated Fg content and qualified rate had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of siphon method in cryoprecipitation preparation is better than that of centrifugation method,and the content and qualification rate of coagulation factor Ⅷ are higher.
