WT-CII全自动冷沉淀制备仪与过夜融化离心法制备冷沉淀凝血因子的质量对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨用沃塘的WT-CⅡ全自动冷沉淀制备仪(简称:全自动制备法,下同)与在2-6℃血液冷藏保存箱过夜融化离心法(简称:手工制备法,下同),不同制备方法对冷沉淀的质量影响,进行对比分析。方法 随机抽出2019年6月—2020年6月制备的200 ml合格新鲜冰冻血浆49袋,用手工制备法制备的冷沉淀,作为A组;随机抽出2020年7月—2021年7月制备的200 ml合格新鲜冰冻血浆49袋,用全自动制备法制备冷沉淀,作为B组;对A、B两组制备得到的冷沉淀凝血因子中的FⅧ含量和Fib含量进行检测,计算合格率,观察比较全自动制备法和手工制备法对冷沉淀中的FⅧ含量、Fib含量、合格率的影响。结果 两种不同制备方法制备的冷沉淀凝血因子质量都符合国家质量管理标准;采用全自动制备法制备的冷沉淀凝血因子中的FⅧ的含量、Fib的含量均高于采用手工制备法制备的冷沉淀凝血因子中的FⅧ的含量和Fib的含量,其中FⅧ含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Fib含量差异、合格率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 使用沃塘制备仪用全自动制备的方法制备的冷沉淀比传统手工制备法质量更高,制备效率更快。 Objective To investigate the effect of different preparation methods on the quality of cryoprecipitate by using WT-CⅡautomatic cryoprecipitate preparation apparatus(automatic preparation method,the same below)and overnight melting centrifugation method(manual preparation method,the same below)in 2-6℃blood refrigerated storage box.Methods 49 bags of qualified fresh frozen plasma(each labeled 200 ml)those were prepared by manual preparation method during June 2019 and June 2020 were randomly selected as group A.49 bags of qualified fresh frozen plasma(each labeled 200 ml)those were prepared during July 2020 and July 2021 were randomly selected and cryoprecipitate was prepared by automatic preparation method were randomly selected as group B.The FⅧcontent and Fib content of cryoprecipitate coagulation factor prepared by group A and B were detected,and the qualified rate was calculated,to observe and compared the influence of automatic preparation method and manual preparation method on FⅧcontent and Fib content and qualified rate of cryoprecipitate.Results The quality of cryoprecipitate coagulation factors prepared by two different methods met the national quality management standards.The contents of FⅧand Fib in the cryoprecipitate coagulation factor prepared by automatic preparation method were higher than those of FⅧand Fib in the cryoprecipitate coagulation factor prepared by manual preparation method,and there was a statistically significant differences in FⅧcontent between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences in Fib content and qualified rate(P>0.05).Conclusions The cryoprecipitate prepared by automatic method with Wotang preparation apparatus has higher quality and faster preparation efficiency than traditional manual method.
