摘要
目的探讨双层纸塑袋包装器械对器械灭菌质量的影响。方法选择滨州市中心医院2018年1月—2019年12月期间需要蒸汽灭菌处理且纸塑包装的器械180件,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各90件。对照组采用单层纸塑袋进行器械包装,试验组采用双层纸塑袋进行器械包装,比较2组器械包灭菌合格率、湿包率及密封线开裂率。结果试验组器械灭菌合格率为100%,与对照组的100%相同,差异无统计学意义P(>0.05);试验组灭菌包湿包率为4.44%,对照组为3.33%,差异无统计学意义P(>0.05);试验组密封线开裂发生率为1.11%,对照组为1.11%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双层纸塑袋包装在器械灭菌中应用效果显著,在保障灭菌质量的同时不会增加湿包、包装线开裂的发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of double-layer paper-plastic bag packaging equipment on the sterilization quality of equipment.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,180 instruments that require steam sterilization and paper-plastic packaging were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 90 pieces in each group.The control group used single-layer paper-plastic bags for device packaging,and the test group used double-layer paper-plastic bags for device packaging.The sterilization qualification rate,wet package rate and sealing line cracking rate of the two sets of equipment packages were compared.Results The sterilization qualification rate of instruments in the test group was100%,which was the same as 100%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the sterilization pack wet pack rate in the test group was 4.44%,and the sealing line cracking rate was 1.11%,the control group were3.33%and 1.11%,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Double-layer paper-plastic bag packaging has a significant application effect in the sterilization of instruments.It will not increase the incidence of wet packaging and packaging line cracking while ensuring the quality of sterilization.
