摘要
目的观察噪声对作业人员神经和心血管系统的影响。方法以218名噪声作业人员为观察组,以同单位无噪声接触史的人员230人作为对照组,进行了神经衰弱综合征、血压及心电图对照检查及统计分析。结果观察组在神经衰弱综合征、血压及心电图异常检出率(分别为48.6%、14.7%和23.4%)均高于对照组(分别为16.5%、6.5%和11.4%),差异有统计学意义(χ2分别为52.9、7.93、13.5,均P<0.01)。结论长期接触噪声对作业人员的神经和心血管系统均存在明显的有害影响。
[ Objective ] To observe the influence of noise on the nervous and cardiovascular system of the workers under exposure. [ Methods ]218 noise-exposed workers and 230 non-noise-exposed workers in the same factor), were collected as the observation group and the control respectively; neurasthenic symptoms, blood pressure and electrocardiogram of the workers had been examined and statistically analyzed. [ Results ] The detection rates of neurasthenic symptoms, high blood pressure and abnormal electrocardiogram in the observation group (48.6%, 14.7% and 23.4% respectively) were all higher than that of the control ( 16.5%, 6.5% and 11.4% respectively), the difference was significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . [ Conclusion ] Long-term noise exposure does harm to the workers'nervous and cardiovascular system.
