摘要
以某大型炼化企业裂解装置分散控制系统(DCS)国产化技术改造攻关的成功案例,详细阐述了国产化技术改造背景、主要目标和内容、改造对策、技术要求及实施难点。改造后的控制系统全面提升了设备可靠性、控制平稳性和操作易用性,降低了控制系统引起的生产风险,为今后老旧装置仪表控制系统国产化技术改造提供了可借鉴的经验。
Taking the successful localization technology modification of DCS of cracking plant in one large scale refinery enterprises as the case, the modification background, main objective, contents, modification countermeasures, technical requirement and implementation difficulty are expounded in detail. Modified DCS comprehensively improves the equipment reliability, control stability and operation usability, and greatly reduces the risk in safe production. It provides practical experience for localization of technical modification for control system for old installation in the future.
