摘要
提出了基于预测的洗涤过程优化与控制一体化策略方法。该方法的控制级策略采用递推广义预测自校正控制器(RGPC),减少了现有广义预测控制(GPC)算法的在线计算量;同时采用多步预测信息的优化级目标函数,提高了优化策略的鲁棒性。
The time variability,disturbance and difficulties to model in pulp washing process make the control and optimization coupled each other,and weaken the robustness of optimization.This paper presents an algorithm for integrated predictive control and optimization in pulp washing process.The control strategy is generalized predictive STC(RGPC) that needs less calculation than the normal GPC algorithm.The multi-step predictive information is included in the optimization objective function and improves the robustness of optimization strategy.
