摘要
中国共产党历来高度重视民生工作和民生建设。党的十八大以来,在业已取得的民生成就的基础上,我国民生建设站在了新的历史起点。面对人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要,党对民生事业的重视提升到了前所未有的新高度,民生建设的范围更加广泛,民生建设的理论与实践得到全面创新:提出了保障和改善民生的“七有”新目标,明确了保障和改善民生的新原则,践行保障和改善民生的新思路,以“补齐短板”为民生建设的新作为。整体而言,我国民生事业取得历史性进展与创造性经验的关键在于坚持中国共产党的领导,坚持走中国特色社会主义民生建设之路,坚持以人民为中心的民生建设理念,坚持推动经济发展与民生建设的良性互动,坚持推进民生建设法治化。
The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the work and construction people’s livelihood.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,on the basis of the achievements in people’s livelihood,construction of people’s livelihood in China has stood at a new historical starting point.In the face of the people’s growing needs for a better life,the Party’s attention to the cause of people’s livelihood has risen to an unprecedented new height,the scope of people’s livelihood construction has been broader,and the theory and practice of people’s livelihood construction have been comprehensively innovated.The Party has put forward a new goal of“seven haves”to ensure and improve people’s livelihood,defined new principles to ensure and improve people’s livelihood,practiced new ideas to ensure and improve people’s livelihood,and taken“complementing weak points”as a new way to improve people’s livelihood.On the whole,the key to the historic progress and creative experience of China’s livelihood is to adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,adhere to the path of building a people’s livelihood with Chinese characteristics,adhere to the concept of people centred livelihood construction,adhere to the benign interaction between economic development and livelihood construction,and adhere to the rule of law in promoting livelihood construction.
