高标准出水对污水厂实现双碳目标的影响及减排对策分析 被引量:7

摘要 近些年,由于我国的水污染问题逐渐凸显,各地城镇污水厂纷纷开始提升排放标准,污水厂排放标准向地表Ⅳ类水看齐。但从环境综合效益角度以及我国实现碳中和目标角度考虑,一味提高排放标准的做法的合理性有待验证。文中从碳排放角度定性分析高标准出水的必要性,即虽然提标有助于改善出水水质,降低黑臭和富营养化污染的可能性,起到保护水体的作用,但提标过程中污水厂能耗药耗的增加会导致碳排放量的增加。在保证水体污染物得到有效控制的前提下,可通过采用清洁能源如光伏、水源热泵技术替换污水厂传统能源补给模式,从而抵偿提标带来的电耗及其他物耗。 Inrecent years,with the increasing prominence of water pollution at home,more stringent water discharge standards have been introduced across the country,and the discharge standards of WWTPs are aligned with the surface class IV water.However,from the perspective of comprehensive environmental benefits and achieving carbon neutrality goal,the rationality of raising emission standards has to be verified.This paper qualitatively analyzes the necessity of high standard effluent from the perspective of carbon emissions.Although the increase in the standard helps to improve the quality of the effluent,it helps reducing the potential value of black-odor and eutrophication and thus protecting water bodies.However,the increasing in energy consumption and drug consumption in WWTPs during the bidding process will lead to increase in carbon emissions.Under the premise of ensuring that water pollutants are effectively controlled,the traditional energy replenishment mode of WWTPs can be replaced by the use of clean energy such as photovoltaic and water source heat pump technology,so as to offset the electricity consumption and other material consumption caused by the upgrading.
