摘要
自“大众创业、万众创新”实施以来,地方高校创新创业教育受到广泛关注。如何科学评价地方高校创业教育质量和探索创新创业教育发展过程中所存在的问题,成为学术界和实业界关注的热点。地方高校创业教育质量受多因子的影响,是典型的多指标决策问题。为了体现地方高校创业教育质量评价中各项指标的客观权重,结合国内外现有研究成果,利用熵权法客观确定各个评价指标权重,然后再运用TOPSIS(逼近理想解)模型对各个参评对象进行优劣排序,最后以湖南8所地方高校为例,对地方高校创业教育质量进行综合评价。评价结果表明,基于熵权TOPSIS的模型计算简单、科学,而且结果真实有效,能有效助力提升地方高校的创业教育质量。
Since the implementation of the strategy of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities has been widely concerned.How to scientifically evaluate the quality of entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities and find the problems in the development of"innovation and entrepreneurship"education have become the focus of the academic and business circles.The quality of entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities is affected by multiple factors,which is a typical multi-index decision-making problem.In order to reflect the objective weight of each index in the quality evaluation of entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities,this paper combines the existing research results at home and abroad,uses the entropy weight method to objectively determine each evaluation index weight,and then adopts the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)Model to rank the contestant objects;finally,8 local colleges and universities in Hunan Province are taken as examples to receive comprehensive evaluation regarding the quality of entrepreneurship education.The evaluation results show that the TOPSIS Model based on entropy weight is simple and scientific,and the results are real and effective,and can help effectively improve the quality of entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.
