摘要
该文设计了一种基于S7-200 SMART PLC与WinCC组态的异步电机在线实时监控系统。下位机S7-200 SMART PLC结合编码器和变频器,完成异步电机速度的采集与现场控制,上位机采用WinCC组态软件实现以太网通信的远程控制功能。运行模式下,转速出现异常时,变频调节装置在PLC的控制下进行及时动作,解除异常。经实验室反复调试证明,该系统可以有效监控异步电机的运行情况,具有较好的实用价值。
This paper designs an on-line real-time monitoring system of asynchronous motor based on S7-200 SMART PLC and WinCC configuration.The lower computer S7-200 SMART PLC combines encoder and frequency converter to complete the speed acquisition and field control of asynchronous motor.The upper computer adopts WinCC configuration software to realize the remote control function of Ethernet communication.Under the operation mode,when the speed is abnormal,the frequency conversion regulating device acts in time under the control of PLC to remove the abnormality.After repeated debugging in the laboratory,the system can effectively monitor the running condition of asynchronous motor,and has good practical value.
